What You Need To Know

Has your roof been damaged by a storm or hurricane? Did the rain reveal a few places that need repair? Here’s what to do next.

#1 CALL YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY AND SUBMIT A CLAIM.

Before you call any roofing company, make sure you reach out to your insurance agency. They will need to schedule a time for an adjuster to come out to your property and assess the damage.

#2 START GETTING ESTIMATES

It can take a while for an adjuster to get out to your property, especially after a big storm like Florence. Most insurance agencies require you to get a minimum of 3 estimates from roofing companies. We will provide you with an estimate as quickly as possible so you are ready to move forward when the adjuster gets to your claim.

#3 LET’S GET STARTED

Once the adjuster has approved your claim, we can begin making repairs. While we aren’t able to handle the claims process or file your claim with insurance directly, we will provide you with all of the documentation that you need. Questions? While most of our staff has evacuated due to the storm, we are still available to answer your questions or schedule an appointment for when we return.
