Meet Todd Bourgeois

Todd is the owner/operator of Atlantic Roofing Company

What duties to you often perform for Atlantic Roofing Company?

Sales (With An educational Approach). Develop leads through personal marketing in conjunction with company marketing plans. Meet with homeowners and builders. Educate customers in selecting materials and colors used for the job. Inspecting the structure of roofs in order to determine the best course of action. Providing clients with estimates on labor costs and materials required to fix or build a roof. Work with insurance companies and adjusters as required (NCJUA and Fortified Roofing). Collect payment for services completed. Develop referrals and generate positive reviews.

In addition to sales, estimates, and relationship building, Todd also creates marketing campaigns, manages social media marketing, internet marketing, and creates marketing materials. Within business finance he supports accounts payable and receivable, payroll, reporting and financial controls, as well as tax and compliance.

What are some of Todd's professional achievements?

Graduated from Hoggard High school (1997) and attended Cape fear Community College for Business management.

Started Atlantic Roofing Company in 2006 at the age of 24 and still in business today.

What are some of your Professional Passions and Values?

My passions in roofing stems original from roofing sales and my grand father who owned a construction company. I enjoy meeting new people from all walks of life. In my early days of sales I was taught the usual high pressure sales techniques. Today I don't refer to it as sales nor due I train my employees to be salesmen, we are educators of our profession that take pride in our work.  I take passion in building my own company where my efforts and failures can only be only put on me.

Where can you find me when I'm not working ?

Family (Married my high school sweetheart and have been together 26 years with one child). Hopefully somewhere on the water (fishing), I also love supporting my daughter that is a dancer at Techniques In Motion. I also love hanging with friends and family (I'm generally grilling for everyone). I also enjoy hunting for white tail deer, kayaking, and working in my yard (I can be pretty OCD about it). I also have a strong passion for cars!

Favorite Hobby? Boating and fishing with friends and family

Favorite Team? Michigan Wolverines and Detroit Lions

Favorite Food/ Restaurant?

I'm always on the hunt for the perfect pizza and steak!!

Meet Chuck McCombs

42 years old, Married 11 Years, Graduated in 1999, Marine Corp

What is your professional role?

Installation Manager, Job site inspections, material orders, metal fab, operations manager.

What are some of your professional achievements?

Being a US Marine, and owning and operating Atlantic Roofing Company .

What are some of your professional passions and values?

I want to provide our customers with the best experience possible when they choose us to do their roofing project. I know they have a lot of options when choosing a roofing company to work with and I truly appreciate every opportunity to serve them.

Where can you find me when I’m not working?

With my Family (3 kids), Traveling, Hiking, Mountains, or at the beach.

Running, Hunting, Camping, anything outdoors

Anything Breakfast! Cast Iron Kitchen, Savor southern kitchen.

Favorite thing about Wilmington area?

Living at the beach and only a short drive to the mountains as well.

Meet Nora McCombs

Nora's son, Chuck, co-owns Atlantic Roofing. Her daughter, Cassie, was the office manger until 2019 when she left to enjoy being a full-time mom. Nora has four grandchildren that she loves very much.

Professional Role: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire installation process; liaison between the customer, project managers, distributors, etc. Maintain an organize daily flow of all projects.

Professional Achievements: Obtained an Associate Degree in Legal Assisting; Was employed by the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation & Corrections in various capacities prior relocating to Wilmington in 2002; Joined the NHCSO in 2003, while working in conjunction with a number of local community outreach agencies, addressing issues of at risk youth, minimizing gun & gang violence, educational opportunities, offender reentry initiatives, overcoming employment barriers, homelessness, domestic violence, mental health, substance abuse, etc…

Professional Passions & Values: I believe in keeping things simple and treating customers how I would want to be treated. It’s important to build a solid rapport, provide quality workmanship, be transparent, have integrity…

Where to find me when not working/& favorite hobby: I Enjoy spending time with family, and friends who have become family over the years, and with the grandchildren… beach and any outdoor activities- either toes in the sand at the beach or hands in the dirt gardening. 

Favorite food /Restaurant: Fish Bites and Cape Fear Seafood

Favorite thing about the Wilmington area: Moved to Wilmington in 2002 and it quickly became home. At that time, I immediately fell in love with the beaches and the quaint downtown area. As time has passed, I enjoy the new opportunities, businesses & restaurants that has come with the growth.

Little known fact: I love skydiving and checked that item off my bucket list last year at 60 years old. Planning to jump again.
